SNOW REMOVAL

Effective November 1 through April 1, the following regulations are in effect for snowfalls of two inches or more, and the forty-eight hours following the end of the snowfall:

1.     On even-numbered days, park on the even-numbered house side of the street.  On side streets, park on the west side of the street where allowed.

2.     On odd-numbered days, park on the odd-numbered house side of the street.  On side streets, park on the east side of the street where allowed.

The time of change is 7:00-8:00 p.m. for the following day.  For example, park on the even side of the street on December 2 but move your car to the odd side between 7:00 and 8:00 p.m. for the next (odd) day’s rule.

FINE IS $30 THE FIRST 72 HOURS, AFTER THAT THE AMOUNT DUE IS $70

PAYABLE TO PALMERTON POLICE DEPARTMENT.
